LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – A semi-trailer hit a pickup truck in northeast Lincoln on Wednesday.

The crash occurred around 10 a.m. at the intersection of North 84th Street and Lexington Avenue, just north of Holdrege Street.

It is believed that a semi-trailer truck hit the front of a van waiting at a red light.

A NOW Local News app user shared footage from the scene, showing the front of the van badly damaged.

It is not known what led to the accident or if anyone was injured.

Part of the intersection is closed while rescue crews work at the scene of the accident.
