The race for the 66th District seat in the Arkansas House of Representatives will pit six-term Democrat incumbent Mark Perry against Republican candidate and auctioneer Wayne Ball.

Congressional District 66 intersects US 67 in Jacksonville and includes McAlmont, parts of Sherwood and Scott.
