Salvador Carlos was killed in a multi-vehicle collision on Domenigoni Parkway and Winchester Road.

Winchester, California. – Salvador Ortiz Carlos, 41, died in a car accident early Sunday morning in Winchester.

According to the Riverside County Fire Department, the fatal crash was reported around 4:11 a.m. on Domenigoni Parkway at Winchester Road.

Three cars were found at the scene of the accident, but it could not be determined what exactly led to the collision.

Carlos, a Temecula resident, died at the scene of the accident.

Two other people were taken to hospital in unknown condition.

Further details about the accident have not been released.
